In 2020, I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in finance, giving me a strong foundation to pursue my dreams. Working alongside seasoned professionals, I soaked up invaluable lessons—learning not just the mechanics of the industry, but how to think like an investor.

In 2024, I took a bold step forward: I decided it was time to acquire my own investment properties. As a young professional, I’ve faced the reality of limited capital—despite years of disciplined saving and a deep understanding of the market.
